1. Comprehensive Scope of Service
T900 Website Design (the "Company") specializes in high-end digital solutions, including bespoke website architecture, full-stack development, and strategic social media management. Our engagement covers the initial discovery phase, UI/UX design, mobile responsiveness optimization, and SEO foundation. Social media coverage includes content creation, scheduling, and platform-specific strategy. All specific deliverables, technical specifications, and project milestones are governed by the individual Project Proposal or Service Agreement.
2. Trading Names & Associated Entities
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, listings, and digital products provided by T900 Website Design and its associated trading names and directory entities, including but not limited to:
- Runnymede Local A-Z
- West Surrey Local A-Z
- East Surrey A-Z
- Afro Caribbean Directory
- Surrey Business Directory
By engaging with any of the above brands, the Client acknowledges that they are entering into a binding agreement with T900 Website Design under the full scope of these terms.
3. Client Obligations & Participation
Project success is a collaborative effort. The Client agrees to provide all "Necessary Assets" within the agreed timelines, including branding assets, original text copy, media files, and administrative access to hosting environments or social profiles. Delays in providing these materials will result in a day-for-day extension of project deadlines. If a client fails to provide materials for more than 30 days, the project may be moved to "Inactive Status," requiring a restart fee.
4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Ownership of the final website design, custom code, and creative assets is transferred to the Client only upon receipt of final payment in full. The Company retains the rights to all "Background Technology" (pre-existing code or frameworks) used in the project. The Company reserves a non-exclusive license to display screenshots and links to the completed work in professional portfolios and marketing materials.
5. Revisions & Modifications
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the Project Proposal. A "Revision" constitutes a minor adjustment to existing work. Requests that involve significant structural changes or new features not originally scoped will be classified as "Out of Scope" and will require a separate quote.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the Client is legally required to pay for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. If a project is cancelled after development has begun, the Company will provide a partial delivery of assets relative to the amount paid.
7. Social Media Management Disclaimer
While our strategies are designed to maximize visibility, T900 Website Design provides no guarantee regarding specific metrics such as follower counts, "viral" reach, or conversion rates. All engagement is subject to third-party platform algorithms which are beyond our control. We are not liable for account suspensions or service interruptions caused by platform outages or violations of platform guidelines by the Client.
8. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance
In accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we collect and store personal data solely for executing project contracts and processing financial transactions. We implement rigorous technical measures to ensure data security and do not sell data to third-party marketing entities. Clients have the right to request access to their data or the deletion of data, provided it does not conflict with legal tax retention requirements.

Every deliverable is meticulously reviewed, edited, and verified by our specialists to ensure it meets our standards of technical accuracy and creative integrity.
11. Payment Terms, Discounts & Late Surcharges
- Rapid Payment Discount: If offered, the discounted amount is strictly contingent upon payment clearing within the timeframe specified on the invoice.
- Discount Forfeiture: If the rapid window is missed, the Client is immediately liable for the Full Invoice Amount, due within 14 days of the discount expiration.
- Escalating Late Surcharges: Payments received after the 14-day standard window incur an immediate 15% surcharge. This surcharge increases by an additional 15% for every subsequent 7-day period.
